Estos son factores indispensables para hacer avanzar toda la Agenda 2030 de Desarrollo Sostenible, con la que tenemos la oportunidad \u00fanica en esta generaci\u00f3n de cambiar las cosas y mejorar la vida de miles de millones de personas.\u201d<\/strong> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Guy Ryder.- Director de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto y con una clara alineaci\u00f3n entre el trabajo decente y la consecuci\u00f3n de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, se aprob\u00f3 el Plan director por un trabajo digno 2018-2020 cuyos objetivos principales est\u00e1n centrados en recuperar derechos laborales, y la mejora de la calidad del empleo as\u00ed como las condiciones de trabajo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Competencia leal en el \u00e1mbito de la contrataci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este <strong>plan director<\/strong> tiene como pretensi\u00f3n principal garantizar la competencia leal entre empresas en el mercado de trabajo. Por ello se dirige contra aquellas que incumplen la normativa laboral y de Seguridad Social, ya que el fraude provoca una reducci\u00f3n de los derechos b\u00e1sicos de las personas trabajadoras, conducta incoherente con el comportamiento \u00e9tico de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-562\" src=\"https:\/\/compliancebonatti.com\/compliance\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Captura-300x172.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/compliancebonatti.com\/compliance\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Captura-300x172.jpg 300w, https:\/\/compliancebonatti.com\/compliance\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Captura-768x441.jpg 768w, https:\/\/compliancebonatti.com\/compliance\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Captura.jpg 829w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>PLANES DE CHOQUE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dicho plan director se centra en dos planes de choque a corto plazo, que ya han dado los primeros resultados:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Conversi\u00f3n de contratos temporales en indefinidos, como consecuencia de un uso fraudulento de la temporalidad.<br \/>\n&#8211; Reducci\u00f3n del empleo irregular como consecuencia de la existencia de falsos aut\u00f3nomos o mayor control de los becarios.<br \/>\n&#8211; Aumento de jornada por la utilizaci\u00f3n inadecuada de contratos a tiempo parcial. Esta medida se ve reforzada por las modificaciones realizadas en la normativa laboral que obliga al registro de jornada diaria.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>INSPECCI\u00d3N LABORAL Y REGISTRO HORARIO<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Esta \u00faltima medida tambi\u00e9n se ha visto ampliada con el \u00faltimo criterio t\u00e9cnico de la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo, de 10 de junio de 2019.
